About Me
I'm Kelly Brogdon Geyer, a Leadership and Change Consultant, Intercultural Facilitator, and Professional Mentor. I am based in Austria and serve clients across Europe and internationally, both virtually and in person.
For over 20 years, I've worked with organizations across Europe and globally, helping them navigate the complex human side of business transformation. Whether it's a merger that needs cultural integration, a leadership team that needs development, or a change initiative that's stalled, I bring a practical, empathetic approach that gets results.
My Background
Originally from the United States, I've spent the majority of my career working internationally, which gives me deep insight into intercultural dynamics and global team collaboration. I am living the expat experience myself - adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, building a community from scratch - which informs how I work with both organizations and individuals.
I've held leadership roles in banking, wealth management, construction, health insurance, telecommunications, digital consulting, and manufacturing industries, and I've seen firsthand what happens when organizations invest in their people versus when they don't. I started my consulting practice because I wanted to work at the intersection of strategy and humanity, helping companies achieve their goals while honoring the complexity of being human.
My Approach
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every organization has its own culture, constraints, and context. My job is to design approaches that actually fit. I start by listening deeply, asking questions that get to the real issue, and co-create solutions with my clients. I am as comfortable facilitating a workshop for 50 people as I am advising a C-suite leader one-on-one.
What makes my work different is that I lead with empathy without sacrificing accountability. I care about people and I care about results. And I believe you can't have one without the other.
Beyond Corporate Work:
I also work with individuals - expats navigating new environments and women designing their next chapter - because this work keeps me connected to the deeply personal side of change and growth. It's a privilege to walk alongside people during pivotal moments in their lives.
