Hi, I'm
Kelly
My name is Kelly Brogdon Geyer. But that's quite a mouthful so you can just call me Kelly. I am a leadership and change coach, personal and professional growth mentor, and global intercultural facilitator who believes that the best strategies don't just sit on paper. They come alive when people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
My mission is to connect with people on a personal level, create clarity in times of transition, and guide them through change with confidence so they can unluck their full potential in life, career, and leadership.
Why
Why do I focus on Expats, Women, Corporate Leaders and Teams?
It's simple. Because I've been there.
-
As an Expat: I have moved 24 times in my life! I know what it feels like to land in a new place, unsure of how to rebuild your identity, career, and support system. Navigating new languages, cultures, and systems can be overwhelming. But it can also be the doorway to incredible growth. That's why I help expats turn uncertainty into confidence and possibility.
-
As a Woman: I've navigated career pivots, marriage, divorce, remarriage, motherhood, health challenges, aging parents, perimenopause, menopause, and reinvention. I know how isolating it can feel when the world expects you to "have it all figured out." My passion is to support women as they write their next chapter, whether it's reclaiming confidence, finding balance, or stepping boldly into leadership.
-
As a Corporate Leader and Change Manager: I've been in the trenches of large-scale transformations - from Agile transformations, mergers & acquisitions, downsizing, cultural shifts, digital transformations, and leadership churn. I've seen how unclear communication, lack of support, and "change fatigue" can erode trust. And I've also seen how the right approach can inspire teams, build resilience, and deliver results. That's why I work with organizations, leaders, and teams to design change around and with people, not despite them.
