THE CHALLENGE

Most change initiatives fail at the middle. Senior leadership approves the direction. Front-line teams eventually adapt. It is the managers and leaders in between — responsible for translating strategy into daily behavior — who are most often underprepared for what change actually demands of them.

This workshop addresses that gap directly.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

A working understanding of how change affects individuals, teams, and organizations — and a practical toolkit for sponsoring change effectively, communicating it clearly, and sustaining it when resistance and uncertainty arrive.

Participants leave with frameworks they can apply to an active change initiative, not exercises from a hypothetical case.

WHAT THE WORKSHOP COVERS

Grounded in established change management methodology and Kelly's experience as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), this workshop moves from theory to application within the participant's own organizational context.

Key areas:

How change works on people — the predictable patterns of adoption, resistance, and loss that every change initiative triggers, and why ignoring them stalls execution.

The manager's role in change — what effective sponsorship actually looks like at the team level, distinct from what senior leadership does.

Communication under uncertainty — how to communicate change when you don't have all the answers, and how to rebuild trust when the message changes.

Sustaining change over time — why most changes don't stick, and what managers can do structurally to prevent reversion.

HOW IT WORKS

Train-the-Trainer: €3,500 — equips internal L&D or HR leads to deliver this workshop independently. Includes facilitation materials, methodology guidance, and a debrief session with Kelly.

All pricing is exclusive of VAT. Travel and accommodation charged at cost for in-person delivery outside Vienna.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Managers, team leads, and mid-level leaders responsible for implementing or sustaining organizational change. Most effective when delivered to intact leadership teams who are working through a specific, active change initiative together. Not designed for C-suite or front-line only groups.

"We ran this workshop for our entire management team during a major restructuring. It gave everyone a shared language and approach, which made leading through the transition so much smoother."
