No. The workshop provides all necessary frameworks and materials. However, if your organization wants to pursue Prosci certification separately, that can be arranged through official Prosci channels.

What if leaders in our organization have different levels of authority?
The workshop works well with mixed leadership levels because the CLARC roles aren't tied to hierarchy. They're about the function you need to perform in a given change situation. A frontline manager might be the Advocate while a senior leader plays Coach. The frameworks teach leaders to be flexible based on the situation, not their title.

Is there a certification component?
This workshop does not provide Prosci certification, which is a separate multi-day program offered directly by Prosci. However, participants receive a Certificate of Completion from Kelly Brogdon Geyer and gain practical mastery of Prosci's CLARC and ADKAR frameworks. If your organization wants formal Prosci certification, I can guide you to those resources.
