THE CHALLENGE

Most teams experience change reactively. A new system, a restructure, a shift in priorities — and suddenly the manager is the only one managing it. Everyone else waits to be told what to do, resists quietly, or disengages. Adoption lags. The next change arrives before the last one has settled.

The problem isn't the change. It's that the team has no shared framework for handling it.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

A working toolkit — frameworks, templates, and practice — that the team can apply immediately to changes already underway. The goal is not awareness. It is a team that shares responsibility for change, rather than delegating all of it upward.

WHAT THE WORKSHOP COVERS

Grounded in established change management methodology and Kelly's experience as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), this workshop moves through four areas:

Understanding how change works on people — the predictable patterns of adoption, resistance, and loss, and why ignoring them stalls every initiative.

Stakeholder engagement — how to identify who is affected, what they need, and how to engage them before resistance takes hold.

Communication planning — how to communicate change clearly when you don't have all the answers, and how to rebuild confidence when the message shifts.

Measuring adoption — the difference between completion and actual adoption, and how to track whether change is sticking.

Participants work through the frameworks using a current or upcoming change initiative — not a hypothetical case.

HOW IT WORKS

The full-day format includes a 30-day follow-up coaching call to troubleshoot real application after the workshop. This can be added to the half-day format for €700.

Train-the-Trainer: €3,500 plus the cost of one full-day Masterclass — equips internal L&D or PMO leads to deliver this workshop independently across multiple teams. Includes a complete facilitation guide, all materials, and two 60-minute coaching calls within three months.

All pricing is exclusive of VAT. Travel and accommodation charged at cost for in-person delivery outside Vienna.

Multi-team: Organizations booking the same workshop for two or more teams within a three-month period receive 25% off each additional session.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Team leads, managers, and project managers responsible for implementing change at the team level — particularly those managing the adoption of new processes, systems, or ways of working. Most effective with intact teams of 5 to 20 people working through a shared change together.

"This was exactly what our team needed. We went from everyone looking to me to manage change, to the whole team taking ownership. The frameworks are simple enough that people actually use them."

-Dan T., Engineering Director, Global Tech

"We ran this for our PMO team and it transformed how we approach projects. Change management used to be an afterthought.  Now it's integrated from day one. Adoption rates are way up."

-Phan O., PMO Director, Insurance
