The Challenge
Every few months, something changes. A new process rolls out. Leadership announces a reorganization. Technology gets upgraded. Priorities shift.

And every time, your team scrambles. People resist. Productivity dips. You spend weeks answering the same questions, addressing concerns, and nudging adoption. By the time things settle, the next change is already coming.

You're stuck in reactive mode, managing each change as a crisis instead of building your team's capacity to handle change proactively.

The problem isn't your team. The problem is they've never been taught how to navigate change effectively. They don't have frameworks for understanding what's happening. They don't know how to engage stakeholders. They've never learned to communicate change in ways that reduce resistance.

So every change feels new and overwhelming even though the patterns are the same.

What if your team had change management skills embedded in how they work?

Instead of you managing every change alone, your team would know how to:
-
Anticipate and plan for change impacts
-
Engage stakeholders proactively (not reactively)
-
Communicate effectively to reduce anxiety
-
Identify and address resistance early
-
Measure adoption and course-correct
This workshop teaches your team foundational change management practices they can use on every initiative, not just major transformations.
What You'll Learn
By the end of this workshop, your team will be able to:
-
Understand the difference between managing changes and building capability - Why reactive change management keeps you stuck and what capability-building looks like
-
Apply simple change frameworks to every initiative - Practical models (ADKAR, change curve) your team can use without formal training
-
Identify and engage stakeholders proactively - How to map who's affected, who has influence, and how to bring them along (even without formal authority)
-
Create change communication that works - Communication planning that reduces anxiety, builds trust, and drives adoption
-
Recognize and address resistance early - Understanding why people resist and responding constructively (not defensively)
-
Measure adoption, not just completion - Tracking whether people are actually using new ways of working (not just whether the project is "done")
-
Build change champions within your team - Identifying team members who can help lead change from within
-
Integrate change practices into project work - Making change management part of how you work, not an extra task

Day 1: Experience the full-day Masterclass workshop
Day 2: Facilitator training session
Internal Delivery Approval
Unlimited workshop sessions within your organization for internal leadership development

Post-Training Support
Two 60-minute coaching calls within 3 months to answer questions and refine delivery
Investment: €3,500 (one-time) for train-the-trainer program + investment for the Masterclass

Best for:
-
Organizations with 5+ teams that need change capability training
-
Companies with internal L&D or PMO teams who can facilitate
-
Businesses wanting to embed change capability as part of onboarding or leadership development
-
Organizations testing capability development before scaling organization-wide

Common path: Many organizations run this workshop with me first (1-2 teams), decide they want to scale it, then invest in train-the-trainer for their internal team.

Note: Train-the-trainer includes license to deliver internally only (not for external clients/consulting).
Volume and Multi-Team Pricing
Planning to roll this workshop across multiple teams or departments? Take advantage of these cost-saving options:

Volume Discount: Book 2 or more workshops, receive 10% off the second workshop
Perfect for organizations training leaders across multiple departments or levels.

Multi-Team Pricing: Run the same workshop for additional teams within 3 months, receive 25% off each additional session
Ideal for creating consistent change leadership capability across your organization. Since the content is already customized for your change context, subsequent sessions are more efficient to deliver.

Example: Discovery package for Team 1: €3,500 | Team 2: €2,625 | Team 3: €2,625

Note: Discounts cannot be combined. Multi-team pricing requires workshops to be scheduled within a 3-month period addressing substantially similar change contexts.
What Participants Say
Dan T., Engineering Director
Global Tech
This was exactly what our team needed. We went from everyone looking to me to manage change, to the whole team taking ownership. The frameworks are simple enough that people actually use them.
Phan O., PMO Director
Insurance
We ran this for our PMO team and it transformed how we approach projects. Change management used to be an afterthought. Now it's integrated from day one. Adoption rates are way up.
Kim L., Ops Manager
Manufacturing
I was skeptical about whether a workshop could actually change behavior, but our team is genuinely using the tools. The stakeholder template alone has saved us hours of reactive firefighting.
FAQ
Is this the same as organizational capability development?
Related but different. Organizational Capability Development is a 6-12 month engagement that builds enterprise-wide change systems, trains 8-15 champions, and embeds frameworks across the organization. This workshop is team-level introduction. It's perfect for testing the approach or building capability in one team before scaling organization-wide.
Our team doesn't lead major transformations. Is this still relevant?
Absolutely! This workshop is designed for teams managing any kind of change: new processes, tool rollouts, workflow changes, team restructuring, even small improvements. If your team ever needs to get people to do something differently, these skills apply.
What if people on my team are resistant to learning this?
Common concern. Most resistance comes from people feeling like change management is "extra work" on top of their already-full plates. The workshop shows how these practices make their work easier (not harder) by reducing resistance, improving adoption, and preventing issues. Once they see the value, buy-in increases.
Can we use this workshop as a team offsite/team-building event?
Yes! Many teams combine this workshop with team-building. You're learning practical skills together while working on real shared challenges. It naturally builds team cohesion and shared language. Works especially well as an offsite or quarterly team meeting focus.
What happens after the workshop?
Your team has the tools and knowledge to apply change practices immediately. The 30-day coaching call (full-day format) helps troubleshoot real application. Some teams run one-off workshops and thrive independently. Others use this as a pilot before investing in deeper Organizational Capability Development.
